Sparkler Fun

Without little ones, I’m not sure I’d enjoy the fun of the 4th of July as much. Their excitement makes it all worthwhile.

For the past 17 years, we’ve been lucky enough to watch the fireworks from our boat on the water. They have never disappointed.

As we celebrated this Independence Holiday, my thoughts turn to those who are fighting for my right to relax and enjoy this holiday. I always get sad for those who are on foreign lands and away from their families. God Bless all those who serve and have served since the beginning of America. I pray that my children, grandchildren, and generations to come have the same comfort level that I experience. It is a fun holiday, but it is also one that always gives me a heavy heart thinking of those who have given so much. They are true heroes.

That freedom allows the little ones to experience the Sparkler Fun. God Bless the USA.

OUTSIDE WE WENT TO PLAY

First snowman

The adventures and imagination of a child are fun to watch when they go out to play in the winter. No toys are needed. Just piling the snow from here to there or working on a small snowman, and the giggles begin.

Sharing with Texture Tuesday using Kim’s kk_isobel at 28% opacity.

And what more fun is there on a summer’s day than a slide? Photo captured and then edited into 3D by a software program.

If you have them try peering at the picture with the 3D glasses. Okay, doesn’t change it that much, but fun edit though…and fun sliding.

I like raw out of the camera mostly. Grandbabykins was playing with bubbles since it is starting to turn warm and there was just enough wind that it blew the bubbles for him without even having to wave the bubble wand. Enjoy!! and as always, love when you leave a comment on here to say hi!!

Happy Spring and Easter,
