LOL! A weed is only a plant growing where you don’t want it to grow! I think some “weeds” are beautiful. You’ve done such a nice job with your photos here. I absolutely love the lighting in the first shot. You could put together a monthly collage with just flowers! I’m sorry to hear you had to give up your place at the lake. There’s nothing like lounging by water to decompress the mind. I hope your hubby feels better now that the temps are cooling off. I love the windows open as well….but also love my AC when it’s super hot and humid. Thank you for the nice comments you always make over at my place. I’ve been rather MIA lately and I’m sure you can figure out why! 🙂 xoxo

You know, PB, I quit blogging after PNN went under. That was such a unique place where everyone was so supportive. And then I felt like my writing was going in a hole. I have set writing aside for a little while as my duties as a mom has been overwhelming. I hope to resume more in the near future.
Sometimes weeds can be so pretty! I love the de-saturated effect in that second to the last shot.

I think the Queen Anne Lace is so pretty, and trying to learn the difference between it’s twin that is poison. Not sure which I got a photo of, but think some of it was Queen Anne. I haven’t gotten out much lately to go on photo shoots when walking so just some weeds on my road, but fun to take photos of. Thanks for visiting. 🙂
