A flower and a weed. Each is essential to nature. One to the Bee world and one to the Butterfly.
Welcome to Pictorial Friday where I hope you will join me in sharing your photography each Friday, and along the way visiting and make some photography friends.
So each Friday, I’m hosting a linky party to share your photos and mine. 🙂 I love photography and always have since a child. To me, it’s a great way to capture and view things that might be missed with the naked eye, and also to preserve memories.
- Stop by each Friday to post your photography
- Be sure that you have ownership of each photo or graphic that you share
- Share the Pictorial Friday link in your post
- Try to visit and get acquainted with at least a few of those who have also linked
This week I’m sharing a couple photos that are straight out of my Nikon D3100 Camera.
You’re next so just click on the little frog button to join the link up party.
Free texture below for you: I didn’t use this one on my photos above, but you’re welcome to use if however you like.
You can download it HERE
Note: The free texture won’t have the butterfly or my logo. Hope you enjoy. 🙂
Thank you for linking up and have a great week-end.

Hi Peabea! Pretty photos. That weed is interesting and pretty too. Thank you for the texture!
Hey Mother Hen…thanks for stopping by and joining the link up party. You’re a doll. Yes, I love the color on the milkweed when it blooms. I never knew that you can buy seeds for it to plant, and all the good things you can do with it, but there are dangers too, I guess. I really don’t know weeds very well, but think it is awesome of those that know all the medicinal things you can do with weeds.
I did not know that, that weed is milkweed. Have heard about it. Thank you for the texture. I will have to try it out. I am working two days a week with children and it takes me a few days to recuperate… ha ha! So funny..not!
So pretty!
Hi Pride…thank you. There’s just something about cone flowers…love them in all colors. I’ve never planted any, but my sister has a yard full. The milkweed blooms in the field next to us since they don’t mow This year, I’ve seen more monarch butterflies than I have in ages.
